STUDENT TESTIMONIALS
So, why should you attend our Yoga Teacher Training in Dharamshala, India?
Choosing to enrol in a Yoga TTC in Dharamshala is a significant step that can transform your life for the better. Our training will benefit you for the rest of your life, whether you’re looking to start a new job or advance in your current one.
At Raj Yoga School, classes have no more than eight students. This helps students and teachers get to know each other better and improves their performance in their respective roles. Yogis encourages his students to ask questions and participate in lively class discussions.
We offer Asana classes for people at all levels. The course material outlines the advantages and disadvantages of traditional postures, providing guidance on how to perform them correctly. People will learn about their strengths and weaknesses and be shown how to change their practice to focus on their strengths and work around their weaknesses. Teachers will learn the skills they need to gain a deeper understanding of their students and lead a well-organised, engaging classroom with confidence and skill. It is emphasised how important it is to pay attention to and meet one’s physical needs. Before the course concludes, participants have numerous opportunities to deliver lectures and receive individual feedback. This is because we recognise that experience and time make us more effective teachers.
In addition to Asana classes, students also learn about human nature from a broad perspective. The more we know about ourselves, the better we will do in school. In philosophy classes, lively discussions can occur about updating old ideas for modern audiences. During an asana class, students who take an anatomy class can better understand how their muscles, skeleton, and bodies work. By learning more about ourselves, we can recognise how our choices impact our mental and physical well-being.
