Asana

We will have two Asana sections everyday, the first in the morning and the second in the afternoon. The morning section will focus on deepening the self-practices and aligning the postures. The afternoon section will be a combination of vinyasa sequence introduction, asana correction techniques, alignment of asana, and the study of each asana precautions, injury and benefits.

Meditation and pranayama

Ayurveda
