Our 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course in Dharamsala includes the core philosophy of yoga, which is supplemented by practices and teaching methodologies from various Indian traditional yoga schools, such as Ashtanga Vinyasa, and BSK Iyengar. Contemporary modern schools, such as AcroYoga, are also included.
The curriculum for this 200-hour teacher training includes simple warm-up techniques for glands and joints, sun salutations, Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, AcroYoga, Power yoga, traditional yoga techniques, pranayama, deep relaxation techniques and yoga Nidra techniques, stress management, techniques to develop strength and flexibility, and bandhas, which are regarded as an important aspect of Hatha yoga.

Daily Class Schedule:
In our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course, there will be almost 12 hours of Yoga related matters each day. The days start with an early morning Meditation and Pranayama class, followed by an asana class. After completing the Yoga session, the group has breakfast together.
Anatomy, Philosophy Adjustment & Alignment will be taught before a long lunch break.
In the afternoon, there is time to process what you have learned (Self-Study). Sessions of Yoga Nidra, Hatha Yoga and Mantra Chanting will round up the day. On Saturdays, there is only asana practice and Self-Study, whereas Sundays are completely off for your relaxation.
